Fitness Coaching Sessions
My bike fitness sessions are a little bit like doing a spin class, except you are out on your bike enjoying the outdoors and improving your bike skills as well! The content of the sessions can be tailored to your specific goals - we can focus on cardiovascular fitness, endurance, hill climbing, etc., - or ideally, a bit of everything.
Bike fitness improvement can be of benefit to any style or type of rider, at any level, on any type of bike. You don't need to be competitive or have a fancy bike to participate in my coaching sessions, and take your bike fitness to the next level!
During the first session I will assess your current cycling fitness level, to determine which areas need the most work to gain maximum benefit. Using this as a basis, I will design a program which will develop your fitness in these areas, across a number of sessions and in within a given time-frame if required.
Private Bike Fitness Coaching sessions will be provided at an Inner-Eastern Melbourne location, or I can come to your area on request - cost varies depending on distance.
Price for Bike Fitness Coaching (for one person): $70 per hour, 1hr minimum.
Buy a package of 6 session for $350 - see Packages for more details.
For small group bookings (up to 6 participants, ideally at a similar fitness level): $70 for first person, $30 per extra person - contact me for more details.
